How To End Procrastination For Good

In a recent article entitled:

"C. Cheng Interviews Dr. Arrizza On The Issue Of Procrastination."

I delineated two underlying scenarios which lead to the phenomenon of procrastination. I summarize these two scenarios here:

In Case (A) the main factors causing procrastination result from the unwillingness of the individual to do something that is not desired by them internally. Hence the procrastination is a way of the individual attempting to assert control over a situation in the only way they can. It is very much like saying to the "powers that be" "No I Dont Want To Do This".

In Case (B) this situation is somewhat more complex. When an individual is unable to muster up the energy to do something they really want for themselves it's often because they are being undermined by some sort of fear that they are carrying within themselves. For instance the fear of making a mistake, the fear of failing, the fear of being disappointed, the fear of being criticized or judged, the fear of success and so on. These fears essentially undermine the individual's confidence, their self esteem, and their self worth, depletes their energy and makes them feel so inadequate and unable to be in charge of their life that they essentially give up trying.

The question now is how does one deal with one or the other?

Let me deal with case (A) first.

Too often procrastination is seen as a problem by others as well as the individual who owns it. In case (A) however it is a sign of that individual's desire and attempt to maintain some degree of positive control over their life.

The problem here is that the behavior is "labeled" as something negative by others. When the individual then starts to believe that the behavior is a negative one it undermines their self confidence, their self worth and their belief in themselves. This of course causes them to submit to external expectations and forfeit their own inner desires.

This is very destructive to that person as it turns them into an enslaved victim who is now living a life that is not desirable. To avoid this scenario from ever coming into being the individual needs first to gain some clarity as to whether their procrastination falls into category (A) or not.

If it does then they should admit to themselves the truth about what they want and acknowledge that they are entitled to this.

In the second situation i.e. case (B) it becomes a matter of unearthing the inner emotional block that impairs the individual from moving forward freely. In most cases the emotional impediment is anchored in and supported by some early emotional trauma that is stored in the mind and body. This must be released permanently for any real empowerment to occur.

A new modality called the Mind Resonance Process(TM) (MRP) was developed for this very purpose. If you are in this camp and would like to experience what MRP can do for you kindly visit the web link below.
