Kindness: A Miraculous Healer

One of the greatest healers in the world is within us. Kindness is not only a great gift, but also a miraculous healer. It heals our body, our mind and our spirit. It is one of the most beautiful gifts that can be shared and given to our fellow human beings. Kindness has power, a truly force that can be used to heal every one in need. In fact, it improves the quality of life and keeps us living longer.

Caring for others is a cure that anyone can prescribe. Open your gifts and put your talents in motion so that people can receive your kindness and its power. When you open this gift, life rewards you in beautiful ways. As you heal others through caring, your life is greatly rewarded spiritually. You will also feel the rewards that come from being needed in return. This is a journey that cannot be traveled alone. In fact, there is always someone in need and someone to be cared for. Healing through kindness is a transfer of energy. Frequently, the transfer is on the spiritual and psychological such as hope, faith, or courage. Caring is a necessary transfer in the effort to cure and save people.

Giving and receiving kindness and care are beneficial to our body and soul. Those who make a commitment to helping others have a happier life and live longer. In fact, you cannot take good care of others unless you take care of yourself. Your interest must be a goal toward the common good of humankind. Unless we find this desire, we will never be completely fulfilled.

You become personally gratified when you expand yourself to help others. Your kindness truly builds self-confidence and faith. It also serves as a cure for anger and hostility. Do not deprive yourself of opportunities for kindness; you lose vitality. Compassion and generosity are gifts that need to be given in order to live a fully life of happiness. Make the welfare of others your first concern. Find ways to exercise your compassion so that the spirit within you lives compassionately.

The spirit withers without compassion. When this happens, the mind and body tend to follow. It is hard to think clearly and feel healthy when one lacks a mission in life. The spirit provides this sense of mission. By caring, your spirit keeps stronger so that you find your way in life. Kindness is a source of enthusiasm and appreciation for life. It moves us. It builds us. It carries us. And sometimes, when you need it, it can cure you.

The best part of a man's life is the countless acts of kindness and caring. People are coming to understand the healing power of kindness. Listen to your fellows, be spontaneous and smile. Smile may be a small act of kindness. There is a great power in these tiny acts.

Kindness is up to us. Deep down inside you know it is true. Unfortunately, certain generations have handed down less than they were given. These generations have found other things to appreciate. They do not share what they have. People have learned to build up, defend and isolate so that selfishness has grown inside some individuals.

Take the journey of kindness and live a life of joy and compassion. Feed your soul with benevolence and share your hope, faith and love. Make the life of others fruitful and positive. Give life and enlightenment to yourself and share it with others.
