Many business phone system retailers have customers who quickly outgrow their initial phone system. Unanticipated success on their part can lead to substantial savings for your company. In most cases, business phone systems that have been refurbished offer the same features that new systems offer for much less. Most phone system retailers carry a good selection of used equipment, with some even specializing in refurbished systems. My company recently ordered refurbished equipment from our supplier in order to expand our current system. We needed handsets that would work with our PBX system, and we were able to get them for forty percent less than new handsets would have cost. Additionally, our supplier purchased a used key system we had installed in one of our satellite offices, which closed through a restructuring. For me, buying refurbished equipment makes sense. I'm able to get the equipment I need, with a warranty, at a price that allows me to outfit my locations at a discount. While phone systems are constantly being updated, the technology of a few years ago offers the same key features as the newest phones on the market. Refurbished phones have a lot of life left in them and can provide your business with a valuable asset without breaking the bank. |
